I have been cooking for almost 14 years now and worked in many different hotels, resorts and restaurants in Sydney, the Hunter, and Lake Macquarie, and own mobile catering company.
I have an extreme passion for food and ingredients as well. I get so excited at creating a new dish to be tasted and hopefully loved. My #1 passion in the industry is teaching younger chefs how to cook, I love nothing more than dedicating my time to hopeful apprentices who really want to know, learn and grow.
