Peter Brown joins Les Clef d’Or

Peter Brown, Chief Concierge at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, was presented with one of the highest honours to be achieved by a professional concierge, membership into Les Clefs d’Or Australia.

The gold crossed keys worn by members are iconic throughout the world and are associated with those being able to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Peter the first concierge to be awarded such membership at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney said, ‘This has been a goal of mine for quite some time now and to be recognized by my industry colleagues is a very proud moment for me and I am also proud to be representing Four Points Sheraton as a member of Les Clefs d’Or Australia’.

Mr. Peter Thompson, Four Points by Sheraton Sydney General Manager himself a International honorary member said, ‘I am very proud that Peter Brown has been honoured by being selected to join the Les Clef d’Or. I am certain he will find the connections available to him through this world-wide network of Concierges will benefit the guests of the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney.

The Australian Chapter of Les Clefs d’Or begun in 1981 and with Peter Brown’s induction one sixth of Australian members are concierges at Starwood Hotels and Resort properties, a credit to the importance in which this position within the hotel is held.
